N.T.T Course for Empowerment of Girls and Women


 Nursery Teacher Training is a job oriented course . Its fee is Rs 12,000 to Rs 32,000 . It is of  1 year and  2 years . It is available both online and offline . It is a course that give new concept of child centric education . The main aim of this course is to improve the quality of education at the preparatory level . The N.T.T teachers , are trained in areas such as Child Psychology , Education Psychology , Methods of Teaching etc . They are trained to prepare for T.L.M (Teaching Learning Material ) according to the lesson and topic related . They are trained to prepare lesson plan also .

The Diploma in one year give limited training , on the other hand two years is a detailed training . Now, when the new education policy is enforced , the N.T.T Teachers have wide opportunities . 


Diploma in Nursery Teacher training N.T.T Eligibility Criteria - The Applicant should have qualified 10+2 from a recognized board . 

N.T.T Syllabus - Child Psychology , Sociology , School Organisation , Principles of education , Education Psychology , Modern Methods of Teaching .

 Practicals - How to prepare lesson plan ? How to prepare TLM ? , How to manage circle time ?, How to maintain classroom discipline ?How to manage different categories of children ? , How to create interest among children ? The N.T.T trained teachers can find work in Play Schools , Primary schools . They can run their own Play School or Child Care Centres . They can work as Nursery Teacher , Co-ordinator , Tuition Teacher , Child Care Taker . Salary of N.T.T Teachers are from Rs 5000 to Rs 20,000 varies according to time taken . You can do this training from Ipsha Mateshwari N.T.T Centre , which is run by Ipsha Samaj Kalyan Kendra Patna - 20 .
